“Yoga is one of the most healthy practices we can do for our minds, bodies, and spirits! Right now is the most important time to love your body, live in your body, and feel GOOD! This practice will be upbeat and super fun. The proceeds will be donated to Girls Rock Orlando, Orlando’s very own Rock’N'Roll camp for young girls; empowering girls through creative collaboration and free play!! Together, we will practice outdoors in our garden space at the 729 CommUnity center. $10 :) ♥”
